a couple years ago, right when i moved back to the middle north from LA, cory hit me wit a beat pack. his sound is something i hear a lot of cats wish they could manage and very few actually do. his sound is how you remember something better than it really is, except his really is that dope. i wrote to almost every beat he sent me but ultimately this one stood the test of time. it became my most comfortable canvas to style on live and in the studio i knew i wanted it on my album but did not know what the vocal would be. the story behind this lil interlude is somewhere online. go find it :)
